float glass, and solar glass production lines, including design, complete equipment, installation, and commissioning.

Our company's engineering general contracting for the China Glass Suqian 400t/d electronic glass production line started construction in May 2016 and successfully drew the first sheet in July 2017.

Shanghai RuiXin is responsible for the engineering general contracting construction, including the raw material system, float glass joint workshop production line, closed-loop water system, combustion system, and all electrical control systems.

The engineering design is for a high-end glass production line, with products for manufacturing automotive-grade processed glass and electronic glass. Production scale: automotive glass 400 tons/day; electronic glass 250 tons/day; product thickness: 0.75mm to 6mm.

The construction project is a turnkey project, encompassing engineering design, equipment supply, the construction and installation of melting furnaces and tin baths, the installation and commissioning of the cold end and all process equipment, ignition and baking of the furnace, and the operation and product standardization of the trial production; as of the end of January 2018, a variety of glass products with different thicknesses and specifications such as 6mm, 5mm, 4mm, 3.2mm, 2.5mm, 2mm, 1.8mm, 1.6mm, 1.5mm, 1.3mm, 1.1mm have been successfully produced. The production is stable and the quality is excellent. Among them, automotive-grade glass from 1.6mm to 2mm has already started to supply high-end automotive glass processing customers such as Saint-Gobain. The 1.1mm electronic glass has been successfully and stably produced, and the trial production of 0.90mm and 0.75mm products will be considered subsequently according to the specific situation. Based on the actual production of 1.1mm glass, the production of subsequent 0.90mm and 0.75mm electronic glass products can be fully guaranteed.
